The pressed addition would
have no bearing on the existing conditions as it would be
added to the opposite side. McDonald moved, Hannah
seconded, to recomnend approval of this variance as addition
would be an improvement to th? property. It was established that weekday shooting
will not conmence prior to 5:00 p.m. and will run until
^ik or no later than 10:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday shoot
ing will not commence prior to 1:00 p.m. and will teiminate
no later than 5:00 p.m. or dark, whichever occurs first.
The Park Gun Qub requested reasonable rescheduling of
special weekend shoots they would have to cancel due to any
inclement weather. Planting would not
begin until May of 1977. Grading may be necessary for the
planting of these trees.
The proposed lighting and night hours will be handled when
a separate, formal proposal is made.
M Olson stated that he had been advised by the Park Board
that mey had no conflicts concerning this matter and the
use of their own land.
HARVEY LARSON
1342 REST POINT CIRCLE
VARIANCE - GARAGE SIDE
YARD a STREET SETBACK
(#187)
PARK GUN CLUB
3660 SIXIH AVENUE N.
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
REVIEW OF EXISTING OPERA
TI(»^ (#154)
