Dick Benson, City Administrator
Hank Muhich, Zoning; Administrator
September 16, 1976
#l77
SUBJECT: G. Raymond and Ruth Wolf - 2925 Casco Point Road
Variance - Side Yard Setback
The applicant is requesting a side yard variance of 5' from the required 10'.
He proposes to build the garage 30' or 35' from the street lot line and use
the existing drive turn around leg as part of the drive.
Tt appears there might be some difficulty in maneuvering the car on such a
short driveway entry. If the garage were built nearer the house, the access
to the garage vould be better. However, if the garage is moved back even
farther, the garage could be moved five more feet to the north without
destroying the existing 24” maple tree. This location would meet all setback
requirements.
PLVia.'.’G coMiissiav - octoi^cr 4, 1976
Tlie Commission'tabled this matter. I'equested now survey designating location
®^i^Ting trees so as to establisli exact location of proposed garage to
eliminate tlie need of removing tiiesc trees and confirm exact setbacks.
■ 4^'
.
