r> <br />i •• UnTOTES OF A PLANNING CCMkttSSION hCETING HELD OCTOBER 4, 1976 - PAGE 6 <br />Mr. § Mrs. Richard Conry were present. Mr. Conry is request <br />ing approval to build a home on this 1/2 acre site. The <br />Planning Commission was concerned about possible health problems <br />resulting from the ineffective use of on-site septic systems on <br />lots less than 2 acres. The Commission was also concerned <br />about this 1/2 acre lot in this 2 acre zone. They suggested <br />that Mr. Conry consider replatting entire plat and submit <br />revised plans for Planning Commission and Council considera <br />tion. Mr. Conry was not sure that the two adjoining nei^bors* <br />rfr. Xenne<fy and Mr. Marfield, would approve of this replatting. <br />The Planning Commission then requested a statement from the <br />neighbors along with the revised plat.
