Motion - Ayes (6), Nays (0). <br />pie Zon^g Administrator informed the Coimiission that Mr. <br />^cker had submitted a revised proposal. Before proceeding <br />C^cilman Gary Welsh reported to the Planning C mmission on <br />the memo he sent the City Council on September 27, 1976 <br />regarding inplementation of the Comprehensive Plan and <br />^zoning. Nlr. Welsh stated that the Village of Orono has <br />implementation of our <br />regards to subdivisions. It should be <br />stated that no s^standard lots be created out of new sub- <br />divisions, especially five or fewer lot divisions. Alfo <br />immediate area should not be a factor in <br />^termning ^ture lot sizes. It is his feeling that Council <br />and Plying Commission should follav the ordinance.
