I did not include this as a work session item on the <br />last agenda as the application was submitted late Friday, August 13, 1976, <br />only one work day prior to our Planning Commission meeting of August 16, 1976. <br />I had no time to investigate and make a report for that meeting, and that is <br />idiy it is on this agenda as a work session item. <br />The proposed addition would be set back about S' from the side property line. <br />1^.^ Hr'T I Adirti I
