The Planning <br />Canmission recently conceptually anproved a Burger'Kinp proposal mad'' 1-y ,Jolir <br />Lanibin sul)iect to sevci'al conlitieps. <br />One of the conditions was to resolve any problems tiiat miejjt result from the <br />traffic congestion at the intersection of County Ronds 15 and 19. 'Hie sul>ject of <br />ingress and egress will have to be cleared through the County. <br />Besides the Conditional Use IV'nnit anuro'/al, the proposal also requires a <br />variance from Ordinance Section *?38.51(i wliich limits tlu* niirfior of service <br />stations for an intersection.
