Richards - 3243 Casco Circle <br />Variance - Lot Area $ Width - Addition to Non-Conforming Residence <br />Lot requirements in this district are one acre area and 100 ft. lot width. <br />The Richard's are requesting two variances to expand their existing dwelling. <br />This lot has an area of approximately 16,000 sq. ft. and is 60 ft. wide. <br />Therefore, the following variances would be necessary: (1) 5,780 sq. ft. in <br />area, and (2) 40* in width. <br />The existing dwelling meets all setback requirements. The existing garage, <br />however, does not meet the street setback requirement. <br />Since the area is sewered and the proposed addition would not encroach on <br />the required setbacks, I would reconmend approval. <br />1 <br />••
