The owner has been notified that he would he required to grant <br />to the Citv of Orono easements over these private approaches. Ihe survey <br />includes sW wetlands, but these mrsh areas have been deducted in calculat­ <br />ing tlie areas of tl\c individual parcels. <br />I don't believe these 4 additional sites will have niucli ot an impact on the <br />traffic on Femdale. <br />Several items to consider on this'proposal are: <br />1. Lot area variances will be required for 2 of the lots. <br />2. Ihe 200' lot width requirement will be dete»lined by <br />properly locating the dwelling. <br />3. Minismon setback requirements will have to be met for any <br />future constniction. <br />Mt i’erker has been informed of the Park Dedication Fee requirement. ($250 <br />per i.)i or $1,250 total.) <br />Mr. Becker is the ap])lleant, but the assessor's records show a Harold L. <br />Holden as the owner and homesteader of the property. <br />The Planninp Commission should sclicdulc a l\iblic Itearing on this matter.
