LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY: <br />Present Parcel: Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 924, files of <br />Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin. <br />Parcel to be Subdivided Therefrom: <br />The East 30 feet of Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 924, files of <br />Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin. <br />DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br />It is requested that the above described parcel, including approximately <br />0.2 acres, be subdivided from the present parcel and joined to the adjacent <br />parcel owned by these applicants (Tract "E" of R.L.S. No. 748). This <br />application is filed with a companion application by Veda, Inc. to have <br />subdivided and joined to its adjacent parcel, a parcel of approximately 0.6 <br />acres. Reference is made to the attached map. <br />This land is presently owned by Mr. and Mrs. Paul Boeye, whose residence <br />is situated on the larger parcel consisting of Tracts B and C of R.L.S. <br />No. 924. The 0.8 acre parcel is separated from the larger one by a channel <br />extending from Lake Minnetonka. Mr. and Mrs. Bceye have agreed to divide <br />and sell the small parcels to these applicants and Veda, Inc. as aforesaid. <br />Both desire to purchase these parcels to provide access from their properties <br />to Lake Minnetonka. <br />These applicants and Veda, Inc. have agreed to erect a common dock approximately <br />on the lot line between the two small parcels. No other construction is <br />planned on these small parcels. <br />The property is zoned 2 acre residential.
