After more discussion Van Nest moved, <br />Mooley seconded, to approve the 12” minimum diameter rock <br />rip rap including necessary back filling behind the rip <br />rap to prevent further erosion and danuige to the existing <br />shoreline. The Conmission, however, specifically excludes <br />any other land recontouring or filling. It was felt tliat <br />the rip rapping was an emergency situation but that more <br />infoimation was needed to make any recomnenilat ion on the <br />remainder of the proposed work. <br />Motion, A)-es (9) - Nays (0). <br />IXmlap moved.
