Tanks should be pixnped out as soon as possible. <br /> 8 System is discharging to the surface. Tanks must be p�xnped out within 48 hours to eliminate surface dischar�e. <br /> 9 Inspection risers missing-tanks could not be inspected. Inspection risers (4" dia. pipe) must be installed in each <br /> tank at next punpout.
