Revering Variance Application <br />1960 Fox Ridge Road <br />We are seeking approval for a variance to add a single car garage addition on to our existing <br />garage. This would be located on the West side of our property near Brown Road. The proposed <br />plan asks for a 7 -foot variance exception. This proposal is the least impactful to natural open <br />spaces, maintains tree preservation and adds minimal new hardcover. Additionally, it would <br />blend into the existing look of the principal structure. We have no other location on our <br />property that meets setback requirements for an accessory building due to having a wetland <br />on the East side/interior side of our lot. <br />Kevin & Sarah Revering <br />
