April 13, 2022 <br />Andrew & Lebrisia Iverson <br />4448 North Shore Drive <br />Orono MN 55364 <br />Description of proposed addition /variance: <br />We are proposing an addition on the Northeast corner of our home that would provide us a much- <br />needed bedroom and a small room we would utilize as a classroom for home schooling our children. <br />The addition we are proposing would not make any new wall closer to our side lot line, or the lake side <br />of our home than it currently is now, it would simply be filling up a small corner that is currently our <br />deck. <br />Our lot is uniquely challenging because of the proximity to the lake / channel and the street. Due to this <br />fact, any addition (no mater how small) would not "technically' be able to be approved without a <br />variance. <br />We want more than anything to be able to stay in our home and be able to raise our growing family <br />here on our property. Allowing us this variance would give us that little bit of extra space we need to <br />make this our forever home. <br />Thank you for your time and consideration. <br />
