The City Council has considered this application including the findings <br /> and recomiz�endation of the PlaiulinQ Commission, reports by City staff, <br /> comments Uy the applicant and the public, and the effect of tlie proposed <br /> variance on the health, safety and�velfare of the community. <br /> CONCL,IISIOI�S, ORDE�Z ANI) COlVI)�'�'IONS <br /> Based upon one or more of the aUove findings, the Orono City Council hereby <br /> grants a conditional use pennit for a ne�v toilet and sho�ver facility to be constnicted for <br /> the Miiuzetonlca Power Squadron, a day recreation area use allo�ved conditionally within <br /> the RS Seasonal Recreational ZoninQ District, subject to the followin� conditions: <br /> 1. Council approval is based on the site plan submitted by the applicant and <br /> aiuZotated by City staff, attached to tllis Resolution as E�hibits A and B. Any <br /> amendments to the site plan tivhich are n�t in confornlity with City codes will <br /> require Further Plam7ing Commission and City Council review. <br /> 2. Removal of the existing toilet building is required and its removal shall be <br /> completed upon commencement of the use of the new toilet buildina.
