We will <br /> then forward it to the Hennepin County Tax Records Department and <br /> proceed with filing of the subdivision. <br /> Since your Certificate of Title already reflects the subdivision, <br /> it would appear there is no need to revise your deed or that of <br /> rir. Bruntjen as a result of the subdivision. <br /> Regarding the deck revisions and the building addition, John <br /> Martin has contacted me and notes that he and David Anderson will <br /> be working toward submission of a plan which the Orono Planning <br /> Commission will find acceptable. Once the City Council agrees to <br /> such plan, the deck revisions can be completed. <br /> Because the subdivision approval expires August 10, time is of <br /> the essence in returning the legal combination form.
