The curve <br />closely follows typical population activity patterns. The busiest hour for the past 9 years is 6pm <br />(7.2%) and the slowest is 4am (1.2%). Over the last 9 years, 63% of our calls happened between <br />0600 – 1800 hours. If we break this down even further and review 0600 – 1800 hours weekday <br />excluding holidays, 45% of our calls happened during this time slot. This time slot makes up <br />only 36% of the hours in a week.
