2) Staff will prepare a Fire Needs Assessment public comment form. Resident’s wishing to <br />speak at the council meeting will fill out the form prior to the meeting. The mayor will then use the form <br />to call up residents. The intent of the form is to provide for an orderly process while reducing <br />unnecessary repetition of questions. <br />e. The Written Comment form will be available on the City Website until Close of Business June 7th <br />for any additional public comment. These comments will be provided as part of the council packet for <br />June 12. <br /> <br />5. Staff Recommendation. Staff recommends council consider the Fire needs assessment, Staff <br />recommendation therewithin and any points raised by residents. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Review the Fire Needs Assessment, Ask Questions of Staff, hear questions from residents and provide <br />any guidance toe staff on a way forward. <br /> <br />Exhibits <br />A.
