What conclusion could he possibly <br />have been expected to reach other than Orono needs to build a <br />new fire department? Might he really have concluded that the <br />current situation with Long Lake is actually working fine? <br />Wouldn't that mean he would be out of a job? <br />It seems to me that the process was backwards.
