. �°� <br /> O � O CITY of ORONO <br /> r� � RESOLUTION OF THE.CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��� ��� No. b308 <br /> 9kESH��' <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> A SUBDIVISION OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT <br /> FILE NO.13-3613 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Orono (hereinafter"C'ity Council°) has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; <br /> and , <br /> WHEREAS,Gabriel E.Jabbour,a single person(hereinafter the°Owner)is the ', <br /> owner of the property located at 430 Big Island within the City of Orono (hereinafter"City")and <br /> legally described as follows: <br /> Lots 2 and 3 Scrivers Subdivision of Lot E, Morse Island Park, Hennepin <br /> County, Minnesota(hereinafter"430 Big Island°);and <br /> WHEREAS, Gabriel E. Jabbour, a single person (hereinafter the "Owner') is <br /> also the owner of the property located at 440 Big Island within the City of Orono (hereinafter <br /> , "City")and legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 1, Scrivers Subdivision of Lot E,Morse Island Park,and Lot 6 and the South <br /> Half of Lot 7, Morse Island Park Second Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br /> . (hereinafter"440 Big Island°);and <br /> WHEREAS, Gabriel E. Jabbour, a single person (hereinafter the °Owner) is <br /> also the owner of the property located at 450 Big Island within the City of Orono (hereinafter <br /> "City")and legally described as follows: <br /> ' Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Morse Island Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br /> (hereinafter"450 Big Island'};and <br /> WHEREAS,the Owner has submitted an application for a lot line rearrangement ', <br /> involving 430 Big Island,440 Big Island, and 450 Big Island in order to combine portions of 440 ', <br /> Big Island with 430 Big Island and 450 Big Island and eliminating one Big Island Record Lot; <br /> and , <br /> WHEREAS,after due published and mailed notice in accordance with Minnesota ', <br /> Statutes 462.358 et. seq. and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono ' <br /> , Planning Commission held a public hearing on the lot line rearrangement on July 15, 2013 at ' <br /> ' which time afl persons desiring to be heard conceming this application were given the <br />
