� o� <br /> O r� O CITY of ORONO <br /> k �t <br /> :��,�,�� <br /> � �� ±�d��,_;.t�. ,�+ RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � `'y' p°%�'� �� No. 6 � S 3 <br /> � <br /> ��kEBH�g� <br /> required; and grants a CUP pursuant to Orono Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-565(2) to <br /> allow an existing 700 square foot guest cabin to rerrain in use on the Property following <br /> construction of the new 2,40� square foot seasonal cabin where an accessory guest cabin not <br /> exceeding 600 square feet is permitted; subje�t to the rolfowing conditions: <br /> 1. Council approval is based on the survey and buiiding p�ans submitted by the Appficants <br /> and anno�ated by City staff, attached to this P.�solution as Exnipits B & C. Any <br /> amendments to the appraved plans which are not in conformity with City codes will <br /> require further P'�anning Commission and City Council review. <br /> 2. Proposed hardcover levels are conforming to the Tier 1 standards; no hardcover <br /> variances are granted. <br /> 3. The Applicants by agreeing to the provisions of tnis Resolution do hereby covenant that <br /> the 700 square Toot a�cessory guest :,abin wil! be used soieiy by the occupants of the <br /> new 2,400 seasoral cabin, inciuding th�ir domesti� empioyees, caretakers or nonpaying <br /> guests. The 700 square foot accessory cabin shall not be rented or leased for <br /> compersation. <br /> 4. The Property sral` be subject to strict showing o� compfiance with health and sanitation <br /> per�ormance stanGards. <br /> 5. The 70G square foot accessory guPst :,abin and the �,400 sauare foot seasonal caain <br /> snall all be conne�ted to on-site sewaae treaiment systems in conformance with the <br /> reauirements of section 78-574. <br /> 6. The 700 sauare r'oot accessory guest cabin and the 2.400 square foat s�asonal cabin <br /> shall all be equipped with approvsd smoke det�ction devices and with some rorm of <br /> manual or autornatic Tire exiinguisning eauiprnen:. <br /> 7. An as-built graaing qlaNsurvey showing conformance witn tne approved piar snali b� <br /> submitted prior to the final inspection of the site grading.
