The Planning Commission reviewe� this appiication at a pubfic hearing held on <br /> fV�arch i 7, 2014 and voted 6 Tor and 0 against on a motion to recommend <br /> approvai of tne variances and CUP tc allow the new 2,400 square root seasonal <br /> cabin ta be constru�ted on the Property and to allow tne 700 square foot existing <br /> cabin to remain. The Planning Commission finds that the rollowing factors <br /> support the granting of the requested varianc�s and CUP: <br /> a. The Property contains 68,612 square feet in area (1.:,7 acre) and has a <br /> deTined width of 321 feet at the lake and 266-r'eet at the 75-foot setback. <br /> b. The existing 700 square foot cabin has existed on the Proper"ty since the <br /> 1940's. <br /> c. One{amily seasonal recreational use without a structure (i.e. dock, <br /> campsite, etc); or <br /> ii. One new seasor�al dweliing may be built; or <br /> iii.
