Le�al Description - Lot I, Scriver's Subdivision of Lot E, Morse Island Park, and Lot 6 and S %z <br /> Of Lot 7, Morse Island Park, Second Di�iision, H�nnepin County, MN. <br /> 2. Site Conditions - The lots exist on a r�rnote island within Lake Minnetonka. A cabin, two sheds <br /> and an outhouse exist on the site. No well or onsite wastewater treatment system currently <br /> exists. A dee� well is planned to be driiled on the lot therefore an onsite sewage treatment will <br /> need to be installed. <br /> 3. Soil Conditions - The soil within the island is primarily mapped by the Hennepin County Soil <br /> Survey as Hayden Loam. Since the last Hennepin County soil survey the Hayden soil has been <br /> renamed as Lester Loam. Lester Loam is a deep well drained glacial till soil. On slopes of 6-I 2% <br /> the soil is named 106C2 Lester loam. The depth to seasonal high water table for this soil type is <br /> greater th?n 6'. Our own soil boring; foand no evide��cc o�seasonai nign water taoie within 68" of <br /> the surface. The soil has a permeability of 30-I 00 minutes per inch. The soil sizing factor for this <br /> type c.`soil is 2.2 s�uarz feet per gallon. <br /> 4. Sizin� of Treatment System — The sewage treatment system is designed for a one-bedroom home. <br /> There are no plans for a garbage disposal or whirlpool within the home. The estimated daily flow <br /> for a one bedroom home is one hundred and fifty gallons.
