Variance Narrative <br />Property: <br />3020 Casco Point Rd <br />Wayzata MN 55391 <br />Lot: <br />The property's existing deck structure was built more than 20yrs ago and is shaped in a way that makes <br />the narrow end of the deck (close to half the deck's length) unusable for most functions one would use a <br />deck for — sitting, cooking, dining etc.. The existing deck structure does not provide enough space for <br />extended family gatherings and for maneuverability of elderly family members, one of whom is <br />wheelchair bound.
