File: #LA23-000002 - Republished with amended <br />attachements <br />The City of Orono has been requested to vacate a right-of-way abutting 1449 Shoreline Drive, PID <br />11-117-23-21-0001, and 1475 Shoreline Drive, PID 11-117-23-23-0002, which terminate at or about the <br />OHWL; as depicted in the enclosed documents. Hennepin County completed a road project which <br />realigned CSAH 15 and the Tanager bridge. The existing CSAH 15 right of way is no longer needed to <br />support the road improvement. The County has transfered this space to the City of Orono. <br />We are not aware of any utilities located within the existing right-of-way/easements; however, we request your <br />confirmation of this. Enclosed are copies of the proposed site plan. Please advise whether you have any <br />objections to vacation of the areas shown. <br />This item will be presented on the April 17, 2023 Planning Commission Meeting agenda for a public hearing. <br />Receipt of your comments by or before Monday, April 10th would be appreciated.
