June 4, 1993 <br />Colleen Shaughnessy <br />RE: Ski Tonka Property - Outlot Status <br />Dear Ms. Shaughnessy: <br />t' Ic.1cr+� �p SY /lDb��slf <br />CITY of ORONO <br />oam <br />�� <br />1m" <br />c <br />As I referenced in my May 28, 1993 letter, I was researching whether the status of Outlot C as <br />an outlot would affect issuance of a building permit. <br />The City Attorney has concluded that since Outlot C was intended for future development, and <br />such future development would be subject to all requirements of the current Zoning Code and <br />Community Management Plan at the time such development occurs, and since construction of <br />a single family residence on Outlot C would certainly meet those requirements, there is no need <br />to change the "Outlot" status to "Lot" status. <br />We will, therefore, issue a building permit via the normal building permit application process. <br />Please contact me at 473-7357 if you have any questions. <br />Sincerely, <br />14�4"zzMichael P.
