The following items <br />must be completed to satisfy State Statute 463.251, Securing <br />Vacant Buildings and 82.050(a) Public Nuisances - Buildings <br />and Structures - Fire Damage: <br />- Board up doors and windows to prevent entry into the structure. <br />- Put barrier (snow fence or something equal) up to prevent entry <br />to the first floor from all sides of structure and remove deck <br />stairs.
