When we purchased the property from the <br /> Fruens, they held back a 10-foot strip along the westerly boundary of Lot 7. <br /> The survey does not reflect our subsequent purchase of that part of the 10-foot <br /> strip which extends 315 feet from the northwesterly corner of Lot 7. <br /> We made said "subsequent purchase"because our cabin encroached on Fruen <br /> property, but we omitted the southerly portion of the strip to ensure that the <br /> chalet at the shore on Lot 6 would not be close to any repurchased land. <br /> I hope you don't mind the red marks I applied to the blueprint.
