You advised me that no <br />appro-al by the City of Orono was required for this rearrangement <br />but that you would like a drawing showing the rearrangement. I <br />finally obtained such a drawing which was prepared by Suburban <br />Engineerinq directly on the existing plat of RLS No. 748. 1 have <br />also enclosed a copy of the legal description for the rearranged <br />lot line. <br />The title insurance company has requested a letter <br />confirming that no approval by the City of Orono it required for <br />this rearrangement.
