Since Franklin and possibly Tonka Lake own lots which the sewer line <br />must cross to connect the hoase to the City lines, easements will be <br />needed. We need a route, easement descriptions, etc. We probably <br />need easements from both Franklin and Tonka Lake. <br />2. We need a design. Will this be a total gravity system or partially <br />pumped? Will any part of this be useful or adaptable for a future <br />subdivision? <br />3. Can all this be done in a timely manner so we can draw on the letter <br />of credit? Do we need to get it extended? <br />4. How will we proceed to assess the balance of the cost back to the <br />property owner, or is it possibio to get Midwest FederAl to front <br />the cost? <br />S. Can we draw on the letter of credit now, before actual construction <br />begins? <br />
