I have also examined the tract index <br />covering said property in the office of the Hennepin County <br />Register of Deeds. As of December 21, 1970 and based on my <br />examination of the foregoing, I find the title to the above <br />described property to be vested in <br />Ronald E. Kullberg and Audrey J.
