Benson, Clerk/Administrator of the City of Orono, <br />being first duly sworn,, on oath states the following in answer <br />to the interrogatories of the plaintiffs: <br />1, Give the full name, address, and title or position of <br />the individual or individuals on the Orono Planning Commission, <br />Council, or otherwise employed by or involved with the Village of <br />Orono in the zoning process, who first proposed the idea of <br />changing the zoning of the plaintiffs* properties from commercial <br />to residential and the date, as closely as possible of this <br />proposal. <br />A.It is not known who first proposed the idea of changing <br />the zoning of the plaintiffs' properties from commercial to resi­ <br />dential. The answer to the interrogatory generally may be derived <br />as ascertained from the business records of the city or the <br />examination, audit or inspection of such business f <br />burden of deriving or ascertaining the answers is substantially the <br />same for the parties serving the interrogatory as fo: ^he part/ <br />served. The city will afford a reasonable opportunity to plain-^ <br />tiffs to examine, audit or inspect such records and to make copies,• <br />compilations, abstracts or summaries, all as more fua.ly set lortn <br />in Rule 33.03 of Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure. <br />2.Give the full name, address, and title or position of <br />the individual or individuals employed by or involved with the <br />orono administrative staff.
