Esco - 300 Crestview Avenue Street Vacation - G^iH Street) Mr. 6 Mrs. Esco are sutoittinf; a request to vacate a portion of Hill Street as his existing well, side entry enclosure and garage are located on the right-of-way. A similar proposal was denied by the Planning Commission and Coiaxcil on February 12, 1973. We informed the applicant's Counsel of this but he requested we proceed with the proposal as su^itted. The existing garage is in need of repair and probably could be removed or moved. The entry enclosure could be removed and the well could be moved.
