COOMrif iiiiccTIMQ <br />DEC 1 3 W99 <br />s <br />ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING Cl i» -------- <br />MINUTES FOR NOVEMBER 22, 1999 <br />ROLL <br />The Council met on the above mentioned date with the following members present; Mayor <br />Gabriel Jabbour, Council Members Bob Sansevere, Richard Flint, Charles Kelley, and Barbara <br />Peterson. Representing Staff were City Attorney Thomas Barrett, City Administrator Ron <br />Moorsc, Senior Planning Coordinator Michael Gaffron, Zoning Administrator Paul Weinberger, <br />Assistant Zoning Administrator Wendy Bottenberg, Director of Public Services Greg Gappa, <br />City Engineer Tom Kellogg, and Recorder Jackie Young. <br />Mayor Jabbour called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />(#1) APPROVE/AMEND <br />Peterson moved, Sansevere seconded, to approve the addition of 9A, #2438,4680 and <br />4720 Bayside Road to tonight's agenda. VOTE; Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />Items 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 9A, 10, 11, 12. 13, 14, 15. 16, 17, 19. 21, 22, 23,24, 25, and 26 were added <br />to the Consent Agenda. <br />Sheila Miller inquired about Item # 10, noting that they did have some concerns regarding the <br />costs involved. <br />Mayor Jabbour stated that the City Council is merely approving a feasibility study for this <br />project and not commencement of the project at this time. <br />Sansevere moved, Peterson seconded, to approve the Consent Agenda as amended. <br />VOTE: Ayes S, Nays 0. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />'(#2) Special Council Meeting of November 4,1999 <br />Sansevere moved, Peterson seconded, to approve the minutes of the Special City <br />Council meeting of November 4, 1999, as submitted.
