The Hennepin County Board has adopted <br />Ordinance Number 19 regulating ISTS. Enclosed please find a copy of the Ordinance, <br />which will be effective on January 1, 2000. <br />At this point we need a statement of official action from your city council or authorized <br />official indicating that your will be responsible for ISTS regulation.
