ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MINUTES FOR NOVEMBER 22, 1999 <br />*(#24) RENEWAL OF ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICE CONTRACTS FOR <br />YEAR 2000 <br />Sansevere moved, Peterson seconded, to approve the Renewal of the Animal Control <br />Contracts with the Cities of Excelsior, Tonka Bay, and Shorewood for the Year 2000. <br />VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />*(#25) FUNDING FOR THE ACQUISITION OF THE PROPERTY AT <br />3790 SHORELINE DRIVE - RESOLUTION NO. 4393 <br />Sansevere moved, Peterson seconded, to approve and adopt RESOLUTION NO. 4393, <br />a Resolution Authorizing the Acquisition of the Property at 3790 Shoreline Drive to be <br />Funded Partially from the General Fund and Partially from the Park Fund, and to <br />Amend the 1999 General Fund and Park Fund Budgets to Reflect the $80,000 <br />Expenditure in each of the Funds.
