Our <br />home has been appraised by the City of Orono for tax purposes at $370,000. We are at a <br />hardship to sell our home for the appraised value with a two car garage. In addition, we <br />need storage for a 19 ft. boat and a third car. The property only allows for an additional <br />garage on the north side of the property, no other workable location exists. The south <br />side has a high water table zuid drainage ditch, the east is close to the common road, and <br />the west has no easy access because of the location of the septic tanks and drain fields. <br />The temporary structure for the boat on our property is, also, not attractive to our <br />neighbors. <br />’•'J <br />)verage « <br />^eshore ) r <br />renting
