Femdale Road <br />Variance -- Public Hearing <br />Zoning District: RR-1B One Family Rural Residential District (2 Acre) <br />Lot Area:93,185-5,775(easement)= 87,410 s.f.(2,01 acres) <br />This application requires the following variance: <br />Section 10.28, Subd. S (B): Side yard Setback Regulations: To permit a side yard setback variance <br />to allow an attached garage to be located 13.9' where 30' is required from the side lot line. <br />Application Summary: The applicant's proposal to construct a detached garage on the north <br />side of his home was tabled at the October 18,1999 Planning Commission meeting. The applicant <br />has submitted a new proposal for an attached garage on the north side of his home. The proposed <br />attached garage is 612 s.f and located 13.9' from the side property line.
