The applicants have <br />now' proposed to construct a two stall attached garage to the north side of their house. The proposed <br />attached garage is 612 s.f. and located 13.9 ’ from the side property line. The property is unusual that <br />it currently has two curb cuts that connect an U-shaped driveway. The requested variance is for: <br />1 .
