trNiiS <br />iC'fcC^T'KSl <br />City of OROINO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 2592_________ <br />2£/ <br />M <br />a^9i <br />A RESOLDTIOH GRAHTING <br />A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />PER MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br />SECTION 10.03f SUBDIVISION 19 <br />PILE #1379 <br />WHEREAS, Wayzata Country Club (hereinafter •! <br />owner of property located at 200 Kayrata Boulevard located within the City <br />of Orono (hereinafter *’City”) and legally described as follows. <br />Exhibit A (hereinafter the "property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has applied to the <br />Conditional Use Permit to permit the excavation of a <br />removal of approximately 2,500 cubic yards of fill, <br />Use Permit per Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.03, Subdivisions 19. <br />Minnesota: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br />FINDINGS <br />1, This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1379. <br />course under an existing Conditional Use Permit. <br />3.
