EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR <br />Novembers, 1999 <br />TO: <br />FROM: <br />LMCD Member Cities <br />Greg Nybeck, Executive Director <br />SUBJECT: Update on Appointment of Board Members <br />At the 10/13/99 Regular Board Meeting, the nominating committee for 2000 <br />Board Officers recommended the Board change the date in which Board <br />appointments from LMCD member cities are effective. Currently, Board <br />appointments are effective at the second meeting in October. <br />The nominating committee recommended they become effective sometime <br />after the 1** of January to be more consistent with the appointment schedules <br />of LMCD member cities. The LMCD Board decided to change the date in <br />which Board appointments become effective to the first meeting in February. <br />LMCD staff has prepared an attendance sheet for Board members in 1998 <br />and 1999.
