The proposed changes include: <br />Increase in various fees related to zoning applications. <br />Increase in residential park dedication fees. <br />Increase in fees for inspections and clerical service for contract cities. <br />Change in Fingerprint Service to limit of 2 cards with application; $13.00 charge for each <br />additional card. <br />lncrea.se in all sanitary sewer and water connection charges. <br />3.2% increase in sewer rates and 2.9% increase in water rates. <br />Increase in bulk sale of water to Minnetonka Beach for Lafayette Ridge Area. <br />Increase in golf rates. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUi:STED: <br />Motion to adopt the attached ordinance adopting the City's Fee Schedule for 2000 and Summary <br />Ordinance for publication.
