Payment for this easement is at $1.00 per square <br />foot of easement area. This is the same amount per square foot that was paid to the other two <br />property owners with easements. The property owner is agreeable to this payment. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to authorize payment of $380 to Stephen & Noreen Krogness for an easement to construct <br />the Stubbs Bay Road Cul-de-Sac.
