CITYof ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 42 9 <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION OF <br />THE EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF FINAL SUBDIVISION APPROVAL <br />FOR A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT AT 4680/4720 BAYSIDE ROAD <br />-FILE NO. 2438 <br />WHEREAS, on November 23, 199S ihe City Council of the City of Orono adopted <br />Resolution No. 4205 granting approval for a subdivision of a lot line rearrangement proposed by <br />applicants Michael Sletten and Mary Kay Sletten aka Mary Kay Snet'inger (hereinafter "the <br />subdividers") involving the properties located at 4680 and 4720 Bayside Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the effective period of subdivision approval was set to expire on May <br />23rd, 1999; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicants' attorney has advised the Council that they are unable to <br />complete the conditions of subdivision approval within the 6-month effect!'/? period of *=ubdivi.sion <br />approval because of a lack of response from certain mortgagees of the property located in New <br />Jersey who must consent to the subdivision, and that a 6-month e.xtension is requested. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Orono that the effective period of subdivision approval for the subdivision of a lot line <br />rearrangement by Michael Sletten and Mary Kay Sletten aka Mary K, Snetsinger of property located <br />at 4680 and 4720 Bayside Road as originally approved per the conditions of Resolution No. 4205, <br />adopted on November 23,1998 is hereby extended to November 23,1999. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br />held this 24th day of May, 1999. <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
