The Planning Commission unanimously <br />recommended approval. <br />It was moved by Butler* seconded by Mayor Peterson, to adopt <br />Resolution #3038 for Application #1687 for Robert Bllger of 4005 <br />North Shore Drive, requesting approval of a variance for <br />construction of a detached garage. Planning <br />Commission voted 5-K^o recommend approval. <br />It was moved by Butler, 'Nseconded by Jabfbour, to adopt Resolution <br />#3039 for Application #1689 for Terry Sadler of 1396 Baldur Park <br />Road, for variances to constNjct a Jtnree season porch in place of <br />a deck. <br />Callahan asked if the issue adHtional hardcover removal was <br />brought up. <br />Gaffron noted the Plan^ffng Commission not addressed this <br />issue. <br />Jabbour felt it woi^Hd only be fair to requireN^ removal of the <br />plastic underlyipfg the rock areas on the property. Goetten <br />stated it could*^ done next spring. <br />It was moved^3y Butler, seconded by Jabbour, to conceptually <br />adopt Res^ilution #3039 for Application #1689 for Terry Se^er of <br />1396 BaldCir Park Road, for variances to construct a three^s^son <br />porch place of a deck, subject to the removal of the plaptic <br />underlying the rock areas on the property in the spring of 19 <br />Staff was directed to revise the resolution to Include <br />c^dition, for final Council action on November 25, 1991.
