Issues for Consideration: <br />1. Residence was constructed in 1972. It was at that time located closer to the lakeshore than <br />neighboring homes. The lot is an unusual shape due to its location on Casco Point Road. <br />2. There have not been any additions or changes to the residence since it was built in 1972. <br />3. There are four areas that have either landscape fabric or plastic within them. <br />4.
