The property consists of .34 acres or 14,835 s.f. <br />The Planning Commission reviewed this application on October 18, 1999 ai\d <br />recommended approval on a vote of 7 to 0. <br />4. The Planning Commission made the following findings of fact; <br />A. The amount of hardcover in the 75-250’ lakeshore setback would be <br />reduced from 54.5% to 45.4%. <br />5.
