6. The connections to the sanitary sewer and water facilities furnished, will be <br />in accordance with the specifications and requirements of Plymouth. Inspections of the sewer <br />and water connections may be made by Plymouth. <br />7. The sanitary sewer and water facilities of Plymouth which are utilized by <br />Orono under this agreement shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Plymouth. <br />8. Orono agrees to permit no usage of said sanitary sewer facilities which is <br />prohibited by ordinance or otherwise by the City of Plymouth, and further agrees to take all steps <br />necessary to obtain compliance with all relevant ordinances, laws, rules and regulations of <br />Plymouth with regard to its sewer and water system. <br />9. It is understood and agreed that no rain water from roofs, yards, lawns, <br />driveways or parking lots will be admitted into the sanitary sewers of Plymouth and that said <br />sewers are to be constructed as nearly impervious to ground water as is practicable. All sump <br />pumps shall have discharge permanently piped to outside the building to prevent ground water <br />from be ”g added to its sanitary sewer. It is understood that any prolonged . J intentional <br />violation of this clause may be sufficient cause for a petition to a court of appropriate jurisdiction <br />for cancellation of this contract. <br />10. Orono or the Church shall maintain the water service line from the Plymouth <br />watermain to the building and the sanitary sewer service from the Plymouth main to the building <br />in the manner required of similar properties in Orono. <br />11. Orono shall be responsible to collect any sewer availability charge (SAC) <br />fee due the Metropolitan Environmental Services for use of the Metropolitan Sewer System from <br />the Church and remit the payment to them. <br />12. Orono shall nc, approve any expansion, additions or remodeling ef the <br />Church or issue any permits if the revisions will increase flow to the sewer or demand additional <br />water without the approval of Plymouth.
