Per the agreement between the two Cities this invoice is for half of the <br />project costs incurred to date. Initial State Aid funding for this project was received after the <br />contract was awarded, so there are funds available for payment of this invoice. The remaining <br />State Aid reimbursement will be received after final completion of the project. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve Request for Payment, North Femdale Road Project to the City of Plymoutli <br />in the amount of $557,514.71
