L <br />specifically cited above shall comply with the intent of this section, subject <br />to the final approval of the City Council. <br />7.Adult Uses - Accessory shall be prohibited from external advertising and signing of <br />items that are distinguished or characterized by an emphasis on Specified Anatomical <br />Areas or Specified Sexual Activities. <br />8.At the time of application for the Conditional Use Permit, any property that is to be <br />occupied by an Adult Use - Accessory must comply with all the current zoning, health, <br />fire, and building regulations that apply to the site and building <br />Subd. 4:If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this section is for any <br />reason held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not <br />affect the validity of the remaining portions of this section. The City Council hereby <br />declares that it would have adopted this section and each subsection, sentence, clause <br />or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, <br />sentences, clauses or phrases be declared invalid. <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall be published in THE LAKER/PIONEER newspaper and shall be effective <br />immediately. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at its regular meeting held the 8th <br />day of November, 1999. <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
