Magazines classified or qualifying as adult uses shall not be accessible to minors and shall <br />be covered with a wrapper or other means to prevent display of any material other than the <br />title. <br />Other uses-accessory shall comply with the intent of the situations noted above. <br />E. Signage and Advertising -- Adult Use -- Accessor}' <br />Prohibited from internal and external advertising and signage of adult materials and products. <br />City of Minnetonka <br />The City of Minnetonka distinguishes between two types of adult uses. <br />1. High Impact Business - Any business with materials or entertainment which are <br />principally related to sexual stimulation or gratification other than a limited impact <br />business. <br />2. Limited Impact Business — Items are sold for off premises use only. All items must <br />be displayed n a separate area to which all persons must at least 18 years old to enter. <br />The separate area may not exceed 20% or 300 s.f. of the total retail space. Some <br />items may be placed outside of the isolated area, but must be accessible only to <br />employees and sealed with an opaque cover. <br />A. Permitted Locations for High Impact Businesses; <br />1. Any non-residential zone as long as it is a permitted use or a Conditional Use. <br />2. B-1. B-2, B-3.1-1, PUD. and PID on land designated for a non-residential use. <br />3. High Impact Uses are not allowed within 250' of the follow ing uses: <br />1. Residential uses <br />2. Day Care Facilities <br />3. Schools <br />4. Librarv <br />5. Park <br />6. Playground <br />7. Slate and Federal Wildlife Preserves <br />8. Religious Institution <br />9. Other Public Recreational Facilities <br />10. Any Establishment Selling or Fielding a Liquor License <br />11. Another I ligh Impact Business
